The need to protect nature should be THE most important part of a new Government. We've been let down disastrously by the Tories. We need a written constitution with protection for wildlife and nature at the forefront. If it is in the constitution NOONE can disrespect it as it is law. It won't matter again if the British people lose their heads and vote for a bunch of lunatics again, if its written in to our constitution it will be for our children, and grandchildren and their children to be, and never be allowed to undermine it.

The Government influences what we eat through better education about the danger of animal products. Saving billions of pounds through saving the NHS from unecessary health care like Type 2 diabetes and heart disease,cancer...these are diet related illnesses that can be prevented by eating greens, beans, rice and potatoes. Poaching has ceased, polluting has stopped, plastics are gone, pulverishing our natural resources is a past tense and pulling down green spaces without a thought is a crime. I wish that by 2050 protecting the environment will be automatic, like breathing, not something we have to fight for or think about. Instead, I wish for an future where people look after nature as though it is an extension of themselves - something they are proud of and care about without someone telling them why it matters!

What happened to the Countryside and Wildlife Act that was introduced in the last decade and the powers that the Government said would be introduced. It doesn't always feel like the central government cares about preserving nature but the more people that shout about the use of pesticides and the more local governments encourage & assist communities in local projects then the more notice the central government needs to take in the countries concerns and wishes. People power is the only way this will work.

All trees must be protected and prosecutions for those who destroy them.
